2 frozen bread dough loaves
36 pepperonis diced
12T tomato sauce
1.5 cups shredded Italian cheese
1. Thaw the bread loaves and divide each dough loaf into 3 balls. Roll out the individual balls into 6" rounds.
2. Place 2T tomato sauce in the middle of each dough round. Then add pepperoni and cheese.
3. Pinch dough round closed and place seam-side down onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes (until dough is firm to the touch).
5. Thaw completely.
6. Finish baking at 350 for another 10-15 minutes (until calzones are golden brown and cooked through.)
