CINNAMON ROLLS

CINNAMON ROLLS
1 3/4 cups warm water
8 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 tablespoons yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
add all together
let stand for 15 min.
Then add 2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
5 1/2 cups BREAD flour
then let stand 30 min.
seperate into 2 sections.
Letstand 10 min.Roll out into rectangle.
Combine 1 1/2 sticks butterand lot of cinn. and sugar. Pinch and roll like youare rolling up a sleeping bag. Then cut about 2inches apart and put in a sprayed pan.
Bake at 350until golden brown. Let cool and add icing.
Icing recipe:
1/2 stick butter
3/4 cup milk
1/2 bag of powder sugar
