February Prep Notes

Crock pot beef and black eyed pea soup- Mix with 4 cups water and crock pot low 9010 hours or 6-8 if you soak your peas first. Take out the ROCKS!!
Chicken Lo Mein- stir fry. If you want a thicker sauce, add cornstarch. Add sugar to sauce.
Spicey peach chicken- sprinkle chicken with creole seasoning (it's in the baggie), and then brush with sauce.
MM's Favorite Sandwich- heat on Stove not micro! Add some water if you want more sauce. You can also add more tobasco sauce if you want it hotter.
Paella- all on the bag
Honey seasoned pork loin- crock pot.
Pork loin with cherry sauce- Warm sauce only. It's all in there.
Chicken parisienne- crock pot 6-8 hours. Put BOTH bags in the crock pot.
Parsley parm chicken- all oldie but goodie
Ravioli- Try not to drool on yourself or your kids.
