Taco Soup

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans corn
1 can chili beans
1 can rotel
1 can diced tomatoes
1 package taco seasoning
1 8 oz bag mexican cheese blend
1 bag Frito style chips

garnish options:
onions, salsa, cilantro, fresh tomatoes, sour cream


Brown ground beef in a large pan or dutch oven over medium heat. Once browned, drain grease and return ground beef to pan. Add corn, tomatoes, rotel and beans (include liquid--do not drain). Add taco seasoning and simmer until warmed throughout. Can be served either over chips or dip with chips. Top with desired amount of cheese.

Garnish with any or all of the following: onions, salsa, cilantro, fresh tomatoes, sour cream.
