1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Place ingredients in bread maching in the order suggested by the manufacturer.

Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly golden brown. Do not overbake.

Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
