Shepherd's Pie

Brown 2 pounds stew meat or ground beef with chopped onion. Follow directions on two packs of McCormick's brown gravy and add to meat. Add carrot slices and frozen peas. Put this mixture in a casserole dish.
Make mashed potatoes for 6. Top meat mixture with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the top. Bake at 350˚ for 30 minutes, or until heated.
