1 Box of croutons. Spread on bottom of 9 x 13 sprayed pan.
Mix 8 eggs, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 2 cups milk, cooked sausage log, salt and pepper and 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Pour over croutons. Bake for 1 hour 15 min. at 325.
