12 eggs
1 lb sausage, browned and drained
8 oz sour cream
1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 can Ro-Tel, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Beat eggs and add in the remaining ingredients
Pour into greased 9x13 pan
Bake at 350 for one hour or until eggs are set
