1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 cups of beef broth
2 to 3 lbs pot roast
1 tblsp woster.
put in slow cooker with garlic and bay leaf
cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours or low for 8 to 9 hours.
you can add fried onions to gravy before serving
you can add sour cream to gravy for strogahoff
