Italian Soup with an Alabama Zing

1lb of ground Italian Sausage brown and drain
1 can chopped tomatoes with liquid
1 can corn drained and rinsed
1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
3 carrots sliced
3 can beef broth
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
2 cups water
3 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
2 celery sticks
1 cup elbow macaroni

put the sausage in a large pot (cooked). Add the onions, garlic, and celery and cook slowly until the onions are transparent. Add the rest of the ingr. Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Turn the heat up to med. high and add the macaroni. It is ready when macaroni is done.
Serve with cheese and crackers.
