1 doz eggs
1 lb breakfast meat (sausage, bacon or ham)
2 cups of your favorite cheese
1 container of cresent rolls
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook meat in skillet. Spray bottom of 9X13 pan. Spread the cresent rolls evenly in the bottom making a crust. Drain meat and layer it over the cresent roll crust. Beat eggs and add salt and pepper and pour over meat. Add cheese (use extra if you like it more cheesy). Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40-45 minutes until knife comes out clean. Let cool, cut and enjoy.
