Beef in Marinade

From 30 Day Gourmet

2 lbs beef
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 T dry mustard
1 cup oil, any kind
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce, any variety
1 T black pepper
2 t minced garlic

Assembly directions:
cut beef into strips for stir fry, pieces for kabobs, or leave whole for steaks on the grill. Combine lemon juice, worchestershire, dry mustard, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, and garlic

Freezing directions:
Put beef in a 1-gallon freezer bag. Pour the marinade over the meat. Seal, label and freeze.

Serving directions:
Thaw at least overnight in the refrigerator. Grill or cook beef as desired. Discard marinade.
