Egg Brunch Casserole

1/4 Chopped onions
1 T. flour
2 T butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar
6 hard boiled eggs- sliced
1 1/2 cups or more crushed potato chips
10-12 slices crisp bacon, crushed.

Cook onions in butter, blend in flour, add milk, cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Grease 9x9 baking dish.

Line bottom with half of egg slices, cover with half of sauce, then half of bacon and half of chips.
Repeat!
Bake at 350 for 20 min. or more until brown and bubbly. Can be fixed the day before, then baked or frozen and then baked.
