Serves 6
1 8-oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pound pork sausage
1 c (4-oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c (4- oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
5 large eggs, lightly beaten
½ c milk
¾ tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
Unroll crescent rolls into 8 triangles on greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press to form a crust.
Bake at 375˚ for 8 minutes on the lowest rack in the oven (crust will be puffy).
Reduce oven to 350˚. Spoon sausage over dough and sprinkle with cheese. Freeze.
Thaw. Combines eggs, milk, oregano and pepper. Pour over sausage. Bake at 350˚ on low rack for 30-35 min. or until crust is golden.

I included pepper and oregano. You will need 5 lg eggs and 1/2 cup milk.
