Asian Chicken Salad

2 pounds grilled chicken, cubed
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 packages ramen noodles, crushed
1/2 cup toasted almonds
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
salad greens or oriental noodles

Dressing:
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup olive or canola oil
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt as desired
3 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
seasoning packet from ramen noodles

Mix dressing ingredients well. Toss with other ingredients; serve over greens or warm over noodles.

To prepare for freezer: Create a salad kit by bagging the chicken in one bag; onions in one bag; ramen noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in third bag. Store mandarin oranges in pantry until ready to eat.
